Tadarise medicine used for the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction (ED) (also known as impotence) is a male sexual health problem, which can be defined as an incapability of achieving and maintaining enough erection during sexual activity. Tadarise contains an active ingredient called Tadalafil.

Tararise drug works by enhancing the blood flow to the penis (male sexual organ), to ease the symptoms of ED. However, sexual arousal is required for this medicine to work properly.

The mechanism of action of Tadarise includes blockage of the PDE-5 enzyme to prohibit the degradation of cGMP, a high level of cGMP promotes relaxation & relaxes the constricted blood vessels surrounding the penis. Once a man is stimulated sensually, his body releases nitric oxide which boosts the flow of blood toward the penile, assisting a man in accomplishing enough erection to perform adequate sexual intercourse.

Uses of Tadarise Drug

This is one of the Phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE type-5) inhibitor drugs most commonly used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). And also can be prescribed for the management of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH).

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)

This is a common prostatic problem in men, which mostly becomes severe with age. BPH is also known as an enlarged prostate. It causes the patient’s prostate to enhance in size. The symptoms of BPH are difficulty while urinating, the need to get up at night to pee, urine tract infection, etc. Tadarise drug helps in managing all the symptoms of BPH.

The severity of PAH varies from person to person, so the treatment plan will be specific according to the patient’s needs. Tadarise medicine helps the patient lower blood pressure in the lungs and the rest of the body and opens up the narrowed blood vessels.
